These Terms govern your use of the Recipes app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to them. Apple's Standard EULA also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, the EULA prevails. The App is provided by the developer of Recipes (“we”, “us”); contact sellercomp@hotmail.com.
Recipes in the App — including those produced by the in-app AI Chef and the recipe catalog — are provided "as is" for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any recipe, ingredient list, quantity, cooking time, temperature, or nutritional estimate is accurate, complete, or suitable for you. AI-generated content can be wrong. Always review a recipe and use your own judgement before cooking.
You are responsible for safe food handling. Check every ingredient for allergens (e.g. nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish), verify that ingredients are safe and suitable for you and anyone you cook for, and cook all foods to safe internal temperatures. Labels such as "vegan", "keto", "gluten-free" or "healthy" are approximate and must not be relied upon for medical, allergy, or religious dietary requirements. If you have a food allergy or medical condition, consult a qualified professional. Nutrition figures are automatic estimates, not professional dietary advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its content are provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, illness, injury, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any recipe or content in it, including inaccurate or AI-generated content. You use the App and follow its recipes at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights under your local consumer law.
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. When contacting us about a purchase or refund, please include your in-app ID (Settings → Your ID).
Don't misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App, its design, text, and curated recipe catalog are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial use; you may cook from and adapt recipes for personal use, but you may not scrape, redistribute, or resell the catalog. Ingredient text you enter is sent to our AI provider to generate a result (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to submit anything you send us, including support messages, and that it is lawful.
Indemnity. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms. Termination. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Entire agreement. These Terms together with Apple's Standard EULA are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the courts of Azerbaijan have jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
