By downloading or using Flags and Countries (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own entertainment and learning, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms.
The app offers optional auto-renewable “Pro” subscriptions (weekly, monthly or yearly) and a consumable hint pack. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Country, capital and flag data is provided for educational purposes and may be simplified. Politically disputed entries may be intentionally excluded.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
