By downloading or using Daily Crossword (“the app”), you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s standard App Store terms (the Apple Standard EULA).
The app offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock all puzzles, available as weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. There is no free trial.
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise misuse the app or its content.
Puzzles and clues are original works provided for entertainment and are protected by copyright.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
