Daily Crossword (“the app”) is a crossword puzzle game. We designed it to respect your privacy: the app works fully offline and does not collect personal data, does not track you, and has no user accounts or analytics.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or location, we run no usage analytics, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. There is no advertising.
Your progress, which puzzles you’ve solved, your chosen language, and the letters you type are stored only on your device (local storage). They are never transmitted to us. Deleting the app removes this data.
Optional premium subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements; RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated app-user identifier and the transaction information needed to validate and restore your purchase. It does not receive your name or contact details, and it is not used to track you or for advertising. See Apple’s and RevenueCat’s privacy policies for their processing.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any data from children.
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
