1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Prayer Times ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

The core prayer features of Prayer Times are free. The app also offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that support ongoing development and unlock supporter features.

• Prices and options are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in the App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• This app uses Apple's standard EULA: apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.

3. Accuracy of Prayer Times

Prayer Times calculates prayer times using established astronomical formulas and juristic parameters calibrated against reference authorities including QMİ (Qafqaz Müsəlmanları İdarəsi) and Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı. While we strive for accuracy:

• Prayer times are provided as a guide. For religious obligations, you are responsible for verifying times with your local authority if needed.
• Times may vary from official local announcements due to differences in calculation method, moon sighting, or regional adjustment.
• We are not liable for any religious, personal, or other consequence of relying on the calculated times.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute or resell the App or its content.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding open-source components) are owned by the developer. The following third-party components are used under their respective licenses:

• Adhan-swift — MIT License
• City data from GeoNames — CC-BY 4.0 (license)

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that prayer times will be accurate for every location and madhab combination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
