Short version: Almost all photo processing happens on your device. Photos are only sent to our AI cloud service when you explicitly use an AI feature (Enhance, Remove Background, etc.). We have no analytics, no tracking, and we never sell your data.

When you use an AI-powered feature — such as AI Enhance, Denoise, Remove Background, Generative Expand, Sky Replace, or Object Remove — your photo is securely transmitted to our cloud AI provider (fal.ai) for processing.
All other editing (filters, adjustments, retouching, crop, text, stickers, collage) is performed 100% on your device. Those photos never leave your device.
If you create an account, we store a randomly generated user ID and your subscription status in our database (Supabase). We do not require a name or email address for the free tier. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the information those providers share per their standard flow.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. We receive only a non-reversible purchase token — not your payment card information.

Photos sent to fal.ai are deleted immediately after processing. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at sellercomp@hotmail.com.
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sellercomp@hotmail.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
