1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CramAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CramAI is an AI-powered exam question generator that creates questions from documents, text, topics, and URLs. The App is designed for educational purposes.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• CramAI offers auto-renewable subscription plans: Weekly ($2.99/week), Monthly ($7.99/month), and Yearly ($49.99/year).
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate as the original subscription.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > CramAI, or through the App Store app > your profile > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Free Trial

CramAI offers a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers on the Yearly plan. No charge will be applied during the 3-day trial period. At the end of the trial, your Apple ID account will be automatically charged $49.99/year (or the equivalent in your local currency) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. You can cancel via Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > CramAI > Cancel Subscription.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App.
• You grant CramAI a limited license to process your content solely for generating questions.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content.
• Do not upload confidential, illegal, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.

6. AI-Generated Content

Questions generated by AI are provided "as is" for educational purposes. CramAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content. Always verify AI-generated content before using it in formal settings.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Using the App for academic dishonesty or cheating.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify the App.
• Using automated systems or bots to access the service.
• Circumventing usage limits or subscription requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

CramAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to inaccurate question generation or loss of data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
