• URL Content: When you provide a URL, CramAI fetches and processes the publicly accessible content at that address solely for question generation. The URL and fetched content are not stored permanently.
• Usage Data: Number of questions generated, app usage patterns, and subscription status.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the question generation service.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To send important service-related communications.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication and data storage.
• Third-party AI service providers: Your uploaded or pasted content is sent to the selected AI provider solely to generate questions. Content is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). AI providers may temporarily process your data in memory but do not retain it for model training or other purposes beyond completing your request, in accordance with their respective data processing agreements.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase management.
• Apple: In-app purchases processed via App Store.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded content is processed in real-time and not stored permanently. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
